- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM (London Time).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

6. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
- If the parcel was delivered in your absence and appears damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours.
We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes.
Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
